Here, we have manufactured some fitted cases for a client. These are to carry some very expensive machined parts to the end user. Note the MOD approved Protex Fastners, which allow the cases to be locked and the cases to be reused multiple times.

This is an urgent job for some a client. Three tons of stainless steel sheet needed packing and preserving in a foil bag, to protect against moisture ingress. Collected in the morning and packed by the early afternoon.

This is one of the more unusual item that we have been asked to pack. Its a scale model
of a German WW2 tank. It is now fully cushioned and on its way to customer in USA.

Amongst other jobs, we have this week manufactured a fitted case that was over 5.5 meters long. It was designed not to flex during transport and had a ‘top hat’ lid for removal by crane. The lid was then secured using specialised fasteners. It was also lined with an MOD approved paper to prevent moisture ingress.

We have just finished some high specification Tongue & Groove cases for a client who ships high end finished machine parts globally. In order to ensure that the good reach their end destination in pristine condition we Tar Line the cases (Defence Standard 81-48). They are then fitted with clamps that we have specifically manufactured for each item. The cases are fitted with clips that can also be padlocked for security.
